Short Film Screening
Films for SA-Films short film screening night are being accepted. Shorts, mini docs, trailers etc are all acceptable.

Session Musicians required for SA-Film Studios
SA-Film Studios is looking for competent musicians to register as session musicians with the goal of producing already written songs to accompany film production.

Needed are bass player, keyboardist, lead guitarist to complete the nucleus. Also, sax and other instrumental would be of benefit. Phone for info and audition time. Also visit studios for more info.

Short Film evening - square eyes cafe
Monday 19 May 2008, 6.30pm.
Marion Cultural Centre Theatre, 287 Diagonal Rd, Oaklands Park.

Facilitated by award winning videomaker and photographer, Ashley Starkey, the evening will feature short films and other interesting projects, entry is by gold coin donation. Fiona DeCaux - update
Anni Lindner (pictured) stars in the feature Camilla Hyde, now in last stages of post-production. Fiona is also producing Wayne Dixon's The Forest filming at Mt Crawford and now over halfway through.

In addition, Fiona has teamed with Sean King as producer of A Nun, a Gun and a Prostitute currently seeking actors (see forum, *audition times have changed to May 18th,19th,20th). Fiona continues on at breathtaking speed!

Lucas Scheffel - The Counterpart - Zombies needed!
Lucas Scheffel's new independent feature The Counterpart is coming along well, over half way through, starring Amara Young and Julie Dickson. Zombie extras are required for an upcoming shoot in Adelaide.

When: 25th May 2008 @ 8am onwards
Where: Blackwood Forest Recreation Park

Make-up artists will be provided on the day however it is preferred that you rock up dressed in costume and made up as ready as you can be.  Come along for a fun day! For more information, contact petalong

Adam Carters Feature - Heroes Clash!
Pre-production has been extended so there are still openings for cast and crew. The accompanying doco, Heroes Crossing is also currently in production - see forum post for details.

John DeCaux - Almost There - update
Director, John deCaux said his feature film Almost There is just over a quarter the way through and there will be more help needed in the near future. Almost There is an inspirational film that tackles the issue of mental disability in society, this months featured film.

DOP is Lucas Scheffel, Olivia Blowes is Co-producer/Writer and the film stars Iian Coleback, Pamela Perre and Alex Pinyon. More shoots coming up.

The Bus of Life
New Twilight Productions joins Knighthood Productions to present a short film comedy written and directed by Adam Watson, The bus of life.

Myles (Marcello D'Onofrio) cautions his associate Darren (Lucas Scheffel) about the consequences of greed and is proven correct when his philosophies are challenged. Produced by Adam Carter and stars Anthony Lopresto.
